There’s a lot of information in the world about what to eat and what to avoid, and one of your roles is to advise your clients in a way that cuts through the confusion, and allows them to understand how to meet THEIR unique needs and nutrition.

My goal is to offer you guidance and resources that will help you help your clients make mealtime a pleasure, give them lots of options, and provide them with peak nourishment that’s filling and satisfying without excess calories, fat, or sugar.
