Criteria
Upon completion of the following criteria, you will be awarded your Certificate and receive the option to have your information listed on the Nutritional Endocrinology Website.
- CMDS: Certification Requirements – Access a copy of requirements in PDF form.
Note: All documents completed for certification should be submitted via the INE: File Uploader located under the “Resources” top menu.
NOTE: In order for your certification to be completed, an administrative fee of $350 will be required.
#1: Case History Interviews
Submit 2 recorded 20-minute audio sessions demonstrating your capability to establish rapport with clients, take a comprehensive case history, and create a healing protocol.

#2: Case Study Write-Ups
Submit 2 Case Study Write-Ups in standard format, so that any colleagues or specialists the client is referred to can easily interpret.

#3: Coaching Practicum Hours
Submit documentation pertaining to a case you’ve done, either guiding someone through the GRAND program or one of your own. Guidelines for what needs to be done/submitted is in Appendix B of the CMDS: Certification Requirements document. As an alternative, you can be assigned a client in GRAND to coach and report on. Please Note: Members on payment plans and/or barter schedules must be up to date and in good standing to apply for practicum hours.

#4: Module Exam/Post-Tests
Pass the open-book comprehensive examinations associated with the CMDS curriculum. Post-tests will be available at the end of the module.
