Exercise contributes to overall well-being, immune function, hormone balance, and blood sugar maintenance. This translates to a slimmer and more attractive body, greater strength, flexibility, and increased enjoyment of day-to-day and special occasion activities.

Included in this module are resources to help you guide your clients in creating fitness routines that suit their busy lifestyles, and address specific bodily limitations.

Action Plan

#1: Suggest that they make fitness a regular part of their day, starting with 3 minutes a day.

Encourage them to pick one movement activity that they can do for 3 minutes every day — it can be a walk around the block, jumping on a rebounder, dancing to a favorite song, squats at their desk, pushups — anything at all to get them moving and increase their heart rate just a bit.

#2: Watch Getting Started with Exercise from the Fitness Video Library.

#3: Watch the introduction to Burst Training from the Fitness Video Library.

One of the most effective fitness tools I recommend is “Burst Training.” Watch the video and find out how this particular strategy will save hours at the gym.

Fitness Video Library: You have access to a number of instructional videos that will help you learn new exercises and techniques you can share with your clients. You will need to login to the client membership site to access this library.
