We’ve created a new site and have moved most of the modules over there already! We’ve also added extra modules, and plan to make updates to keep up with the latest research. And as an NEPT student you’re invited to join us. You will have received an email with details, based on your current level and date you joined.
Please check your email, and if you don’t see anything there, reach out to helpdesk@drritamarie.com for details.
Below please find the details about transferring to the new site and important dates to keep in mind.
NEPT Full Program Policies for New Site
- In order to access the membership site and course contents, you will need to sign a new program agreement.
- You’ll have access to educational courses/content consisting of at least 45 detailed modules including multiple audio trainings, video trainings, and handouts which may be accessed through an online portal at inemember.com
- Unlimited access to the membership site for NEPT content. You will continue to get access to all future updates of the program. (This does not include ongoing access to the calls and the call recordings. Those have a time-limit.)
- 24 months of live group training calls held approximately weekly consisting of live group coaching, case studies, Q&A calls, and implementation sessions
- 24 months access to the call recordings
- Unlimited access to the Facebook group for group interaction
- An Examination at the end of each module
- Bonuses:
- Two online (or live when permitted) 3-day retreats
- Access to PDF and Word doc versions of all health assessments
- One complimentary “Get-Unstuck” 30-minute course advisor session to be used during the Program
- 24 months access to the Empowered Self-Care Lab, which includes additional invitations to the approximately weekly live group coaching, training, kitchen, and support sessions.
Program access begins as soon as you upgrade and you have 24 months to complete certification. After 24 months, you will still be able to access the content on the site, including all upgrades, but the calls and other program components including call recordings are no longer available.
Program Extensions: You have 24 months to complete your certification in the full program. If you need more time, we offer up to two program extensions of 3 months each for an administrative fee. These include continued access to live calls and recordings.
Program Examinations: An Examination will be required at the end of each module for which you must receive a passing grade of 80%. A passed Examination is valid for 36 months. At the end of 36 months, if you wish to still get certified in the full Program, you will need to meet with a program advisor to discuss your situation and determine how to proceed.
Once you are certified, you will be eligible to join the Nutritional Endocrinology Alumni Association, which gives you access to higher-level trainings and allows you to connect with other certified Nutritional Endocrinology practitioners.
Contacting Us: Should you have questions about the Program content, coaching questions, health questions, or updates, please share them during the Group Calls or in the Facebook group. If you have questions about logistics or access to the Program, all communications must be directed to the Help Desk by emailing helpdesk@drritamarie.com.
Group Calls: A schedule of our Program Group Calls will be posted to the website, including the call-in-/login information you need to participate in the call. Please plan to come to the Group Calls on time. If you miss a group call, you may access the replay, which will be posted to the member’s site. These Group Calls are intended for getting questions answered, getting help with client labs, learning from the questions and cases of others, and to take advantage of the group approach to the Program components.
One-on-one “Get Unstuck” Call: You will be eligible for a one-on-one call that may be scheduled through our online scheduler or by emailing helpdesk@drritamarie.com. Our time together is important. Please come prepared to start and end the one-on-one call on time. If you need to reschedule or cancel the “Get Unstuck Call”, you need to do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time by sending an e-mail to helpdesk@drritamarie.com. If you show up more than 10 minutes late to that call or if you do not contact us at least 24 hours in advance, this will be considered a Missed Call which will be forfeited.
Call Recordings: All Program calls will be recorded. By participating in the Program and attending or speaking at any time during any call, you are consenting to the recording of your voice, image and/or name and likeness. You accept responsibility for turning off your own camera and microphone during calls if you do not want your voice, image or likeness or voice to be captured during recordings. Recorded Group Calls will be shared with the group participants within 72 hours following the call.
Facebook Groups: By participating in the Facebook group as part of this Program, you agree to abide by Facebook’s legal terms. Further, you understand that Facebook is a public platform, and therefore, we cannot guarantee your privacy for what you voluntarily share in the group, as other people will also see what you post. Participation is optional, but strongly encouraged to participate fully in the Program.
Important Dates
- July 1, 2021:
- Call events, schedules, and recordings stop getting posted on the original site. This is the date that you’ll also get removed from the call reminder emails and texts. This is the same date that the transfer offer expires and the investment goes up.
- December 1, 2021:
- Original certification requirements are no longer applicable. There are no extensions for the original site.
- If you don’t certify by December 1st, you can restart the program on the new site at a to-be-determined special discount off the then-current investment. If you need more time, please transfer before this date.
