#2: Take relaxing herbs before bed.

Recommend that your client take relaxing herbs 30 – 60 minutes before bed, then again at bedtime.

Sometimes when it’s hard to fall asleep, it’s because your mind is racing or you’re stressed from the day’s events. When this happens, sometimes specific herbs and nutrients can help.
