Action Plan

#1: Give your client a list of the foods that enhance detox.

Ask them to review the foods that enhance detox, check off any they already eat on a regular basis, and experiment with adding new ones, perhaps one or more each week.

#2: Give your clients a list of the foods that disrupt detox.

Ask them to review the foods that disrupt detox and mark all those they no longer consume. Then pick 1 or more to have them get rid of each week until they are no longer hurting their detox pathways with their diet.

#3 Guide your client through a cleanse process.

Suggest your client undergo some sort of cleanse process – one that you believe is right for them at whatever stage they are in.  It can be as simple as just eating fresh raw foods, primarily vegetables, for a few days or as complicated as a 21-day detox, with supplements and enemas.  You can use my Green Cleanse as a guideline, or register them for it and guide them through.  You will need to login to the client site then click the link to access, or choose from the dashboard.
