Getting Started with ERC Members

  1. A copy of each member’s ‘Getting to Know You’ form, which includes an extensive history and a picture of their health, will be uploaded to their Google Drive folder.

  2. You will also receive an email introducing you to each new client as they are assigned to you.  For groups, the email will be sent to the lead coach.

  3. Once you receive this, send out a welcome letter with instructions for scheduling your ‘Initial Consultation’ and ‘Report of Findings’ calls. See HERE for a suggested template.

  4. Coach/member assignments are recorded on a Google spreadsheet under the ‘Coach Assignments’ tab.
