Conducting Private (Gold and Gold-Plus) Coaching Calls

We find it most helpful to schedule all the calls for the year in advance, recurring on the same day and time of the week each time, if possible.

  • The private calls they will be receiving are:
    • Month 1 – 2 private sessions
      • Comprehensive Review of Health History – give a few action steps
      • Report of Findings, including lab recommendations over the general ones
    • Month 2 – 2 private sessions
    • Month 3 – 2 private sessions – 1 is 90-day check in
    • Months 4 and 5 – 1 private session 
    • Month 6 – 2 private sessions – 1 is second 90-day check in
    • Months 7 and 8 – 1 private session 
    • Month 9 – 2 private sessions – 1 is third 90-day check in
    • Months 10 and 11 – 1 private session 
    • Month 12 – 2 private sessions – 1 is final 90-day check in
  • Once they have completed their labs, remind them to schedule their Lab Review call with Dr. Ritamarie. http://www.scheduleyou.in/Zf5v6Q
  • When they have finished their Report of Findings with you and their Lab Review call with Dr. Ritamarie, they will schedule a call with Lynn to create a plan to put it all together. http://www.scheduleyou.in/jjwsAqbxW2
  • Before each 90-day check in, remind each of your clients to fill out, submit, and forward to you their 90-day Goals Evaluation.  This is a good time to see where people are at and if they need to adjust the goals they created at the beginning of the year: ERC Progress: 90-Day Goals Evaluation
  • At the end of the year, as you wrap things up with your clients, have them fill out, submit, and forward you a copy of their 12-month evaluation. As you review this, think of what would be the best next step for this person: ERC Progress: 12-Month Evaluation

Before Private Calls

  • Send a reminder email before the call, including the date, time, access link, and backup phone number.
  • Remind them of any items they need to do to prepare for the call – food diaries, labs uploaded to master tracker, etc.
  • If new labs, enter them into the Blood Chemistry Software Program and Health Tracker.
  • Review their Health Tracker and make a note of their action steps from prior call.
  • For quarterly calls, encourage them to complete the 90 day check-in .

During Private Calls

  • Conduct call as per guidelines in Suggested Call Structure.
  • Take notes in the “ERC Coaching Call Notes” Google Form.
  • Edit the ‘Health Timeline’ tab in the Health Tracker if any changes in their symptoms – either improvement or decline.
  • Note any changes in supplementation, reactions to supplements, any changes to diet plan.

After Private Calls

  • Complete the appointment tracking follow-up form as described above. There are checkboxes for each of the private calls.   Check off the appropriate one.
  • If you feel they are ready for a particular program, you can open it for them by checking it off on the form. Be careful to avoid overwhelm, and only open 1 program at a time, and only if they are ready. For a full list, see the ‘Opening Modules/Programs Included in ERC’ page.
  • Upload the recording to their Google Drive folder, and put the Google Drive link in their Health Tracker, in the ‘Appointment Tracker’ tab.
  • Once the recording has been uploaded, send an email to let them know.  Include a summary of the action steps they agreed to take.  If possible, include some type of recipe or tip based on the call.
