It’s complex, so before you approach sleep cycle adjustments with a client, be sure you understand how to do them yourself.
  • Experiment with some of the herbs and nutrients for sleep to see if they change your own sleep patterns.
  • Schedule your own sleep vacation; they are amazing. When you experience the benefits for yourself, you will be more inclined to recommend sleep vacations to clients and patients.
