ine-assignmentAssignments provide the opportunity to put your learning into practice and to create content that you can use with your clients. The following assignments allow you to collaborate with your student peers to create a large set of useful handouts and client resources.

Instructions:

  • Using the template provided, or one of your own, create a 7-Day Food and Sleep Hygiene Journal. You can do this journal for either yourself or a client. This will be a written tool where you can track what is eaten, the number of hours of sleep, sleep cycles completed, and the quality of your sleep – dreams, tossing and turning, early morning waking, restless legs, etc. This will enable you to see any correlations between diet and sleep – as well as note any lifestyle factors that might be affecting the quality of sleep – such as limiting blue screen time, timing and type of exercise, getting early morning sun, timing of meals, etc.
  • Submit your handout in .pdf format using the form below. After approval, student handouts will be posted to the “Done For You Resources” page of this module to be shared by fellow INE students.
