  • Understand the role of nutrient, environment, and lifestyle protocols that will best support your clients in maintaining proper hormone balance, so they can experience vibrant health.
  • Become familiar with the major reproductive hormones (estrogen and its metabolites, testosterone, DHEA, progesterone, etc.) and the impact each has on your clients’ health when hormones are in a state of imbalance.
  • Understand how to interpret client blood, urine, and saliva lab testing to aid in determining clients’ overall reproductive hormone function status.
  • Understand and be able to recognize symptoms of reproductive hormone balance, so that you can work with your clients to assess their current hormone status and start them on a path to recovery.
  • Assess your clients’ reproductive hormone health via the use of symptom questionnaires as well as lab testing, so that you can help them to follow up on their progress without expensive lab testing costs.
  • Understand how to create a customized hormone rebalancing protocol for your clients so you can support clients by using natural strategies – the appropriate nutrients, lifestyle changes, supplements and/or herbs.
  • Learn to fine tune your clients’ hormones according to gender and age, so you can teach your clients strategies for staying vibrant and sexy at any age.
