Action Steps:

  • Review the INE – Eating For Bone Health Nutrition Guide in the Done For You Resources
  • Using either yourself or a client with joint/bone density issues as a case study, make notes about which nutrients and healing protocols you feel might be appropriate for this case, and explain why.
  • Share your notes in the Facebook group and encourage discussion with your colleagues.
  • Select one of the lab tests you studied in this module that you believe to be the most appropriate and recommend that your client order the test (or order the test for yourself)
  • Study the interpretation guide and review the sections of the core content videos pertaining to that test.
  • When the results come back, analyze and explain the resulting lab report, tweaking your original nutritional healing protocol or creating a new one as indicated by the report.
