INE learning objectivesAs you work through the materials, your goals by the end will be to:

  • Be fluent in the anatomy and physiology of the musculoskeletal system, so that you can easily educate your clients to live an active and healthy lifestyle.
  • Understand the nutrients and foods involved in supporting the musculoskeletal system, so that you can guide your clients to a diet and lifestyle that will help to strengthen bones, teeth, hair and nails.
  • Understand the root cause in diseases of the musculoskeletal system – arthritis, autoimmune disease, osteoporosis, etc. – so that you can guide your clients to reduce pain and inflammation associated with these conditions.
  • Be able to assess musculoskeletal system function using various methods, such as history, symptoms, lab and bone density testing, so that you can identify markers of musculosketetal health or dysfunction and effectively track your clients’ progress.
  • Be able to apply the bone supplementation guidelines for the various parts of the musculoskeletal system to your clients’ nutrition protocols, so that your clients can achieve optimal bone health, strength, and stamina.
