  • Begin a routine of burst training and moderate aerobics.  Monitor the effects on your own blood glucose.
  • Practice explaining the mechanisms by which exercise benefits blood sugar balance to family members or clients in a simple way they can understand.
  • Assign a client or loved one to do bursts for a week and observe how his/her body responds in terms of energy, blood sugar, weight, and memory.
