Nutrigenomics
Next Steps

1
Ordered genetic testing for yourself.
2
Found people who are willing to do genetic testing and get free or paid analysis.
3
Obtained a copy of the raw data, and ran the raw data through an appropriate software for interpretation.
4
Recorded variant SNPs (especially homozygous SNPs) either on a form, record, or spreadsheet of your own.
5
Added the results into a tab on the Master Health Tracker.
6
For each person you analyzed, looked at the health history, and any other lab tests that they already have.
7
Went through and studied the genetic test results, and correlating SNPs to any symptoms you see expressed.
8
Analyzed and interpreted the genetic test results using the resources on the genetic testing companies' websites as well as the materials in this module.
9
Suggested a wellness protocol based on the the genetic test results, symptoms, health history, and what you have learned in this module.
10
Submitted cases for discussion.

INE Time for ActionUse the list below to put your learning into action.

Action Steps:

  • Order genetic testing for yourself, or find as many people as you can who are willing to do genetic testing and get a free analysis (or paid if you’d like).
  • Order the genetic testing, obtain a copy of the raw data, and run the raw data through an appropriate software for interpretation.
  • Record variant SNPs (especially homozygous SNPs) either on a form, record, or spreadsheet of your own – or add the results into a tab on the Master Health Tracker.
  • For each person you analyze, go through the process of first looking at the health history, and any other lab tests that they already have.
  • Take your time going through and studying the genetic test results, and correlating SNPs to any symptoms you see expressed.
  • Use the resources on the genetic testing companies’ websites as well as the materials in this module to help you analyze and interpret the genetic test results.
  • Suggest a wellness protocol based on the the genetic test results, symptoms, health history, and what you have learned in this module.
  • Submit cases for discussion.
