INE Time for ActionUse the list below to put your learning into action.

Action Steps:

  • Order a mineral testing kit for yourself, or find as many people as you can who are willing to do some mineral testing and get a free analysis (or paid if you’d like).
  • For each person you analyze, go through the process of first looking at the health history, and any routine blood labs they already have. Then, based on symptomology and health history, suggest a mineral test to order for them.
  • Record the results, either on a form, record, or spreadsheet of your own, or add the results into the Master Health Tracker.
  • Take your time going through and studying the mineral test results.
  • Use the resources on the mineral testing companies’ websites as well as the materials in this module to help you analyze and interpret the test results.
  • Suggest a wellness protocol based on the the mineral test results, symptoms, and health history.
  • Submit cases for discussion.
