INE learning objectivesAs you work through the materials, your goals by the end will be to:

  • Be able to identify the physical exam signs of detoxification dysfunction, so you can help clients to monitor for improvement without the expense of frequent lab tests.
  • Be familiar the basic genes involved in Phase 1 and Phase 2 liver detoxification, so that you understand how to help clients to work with their unique genetics to support detoxification pathways.
  • Learn detoxification protocols for a deep cleanse, so that you can guide clients through a deep tissue detox, customized to their specific genetic and metabolic needs.
  • Understand the importance of maximizing the skin as a detoxification organ, so you can support your client to attain the vibrant health and glowing skin they deserve.
  • Know what is involved in cleaning up your environment both inside and out, so that you can guide clients to make lifestyle and diets choices that will place the least amount of toxic burden on the body.
  • Understand that negative emotions can create just as much turmoil and work for the liver as chemicals in the environment. Learn how to teach clients to center themselves, and to allow toxic emotions to be transformed into emotions that will serve them.
