INE learning objectivesAs you work through the materials, your goals by the end will be to:

  • Understand the presenting client complaints/symptoms of allergy reactions so you can pinpoint areas of imbalance to be corrected.
  • Understand the types of allergic reactions, and how they relate to diet and lifestyle, so that you can explain it to your client and are able to support your client in making targeted diet and lifestyle changes.
  • Know how to assess IgG, IgE, IgA, IgM immunoglobulins via the the different types of allergy testing – so you can evaluate allergic burden and help your client get to the root cause of their symptoms .
  • Know which lab tests are appropriate for assessing different types of allergies and how to order the tests for clients.
  • Understand the difference between inhalant, contact, food intolerance, and hypersensitivity allergies, and which tests are most appropriate for each type of allergy – so that you can explain to your clients how these markers correlate to their symptoms, and help them create a protocol for symptom relief.
  • Understand how and when to implement an elimination/provocation protocol and which foods or supplements contribute to allergic burden, so you can support your client to attain the vibrant health they deserve.
  • Be familiar with the case studies presented involving allergic and autoimmune response; know how to recognize and address similar patterns in your own clients.
