  • Put your clients’ labs into the Master Health Tracker form, and create an appropriate client protocol with a plan for follow-up, so that you can effectively monitor and track your clients’ progress.
  • Understand and know how to recognize signs and symptoms to assess reproductive hormone imbalance, so that you can continue to monitor your clients’ progress without the added expense of continual lab testing.
  • Know which foods, nutrients, and supplements can support reproductive hormone balance, so that you can guide your clients to create recipes and meal plans which will keep them feeling vibrant and sexy at any age.
